I would say that to date, most people want us to give them an overall clean and a pretty clean vehicle. They typically get the basic interior and basic exterior packages, and for glossy exterior paint, they go with our 1-step polish and seal package.

We try to use our online booking application to handle the entire process of selecting services, choosing available days and time slots, interacting with us, and finally paying for the services. We understand that someone may have to cancel us coming out to their appointment. We will, of course, work with them to reschedule. If you just cancel with no notice or less than 24 hours, we cannot reach out to someone else on a waiting list in time; we miss out on helping folks. When we have to come out and do high-level packages, we also have to bring out more equipment and solutions and finally may have to bring on another person to help, so we feel we need to collect a deposit upfront.

For most of the interior, we currently use all-purpose cleaners from P&S, Ethos, and Clean by Pan. For carpet cleaning, we currently use products from Koch Chemie and P&S. For carpet shampooing, we have a few products from Bissell and P&S.
Exterior products from DIY Detail, Quiver, Koch Chemie, and P&S are mainly used.
By the way, we review and test potential products every month to only use the best.

Since a number of our clients have requested a routine maintenance offering, we are excited about our program called Enzo’s Doghouse Membership, where we would come out and clean your car every month or every 2 months for a fixed rate.

Not at the moment. We are looking to be 100% mobile in the next few months. Until then, we do need to have access to water and electricity at the site location. Sorry for the inconvenience; however, we are getting there.
